These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and Muscat Lights Trading, doing business as XTrainingAcademy. They apply when you access our website, contact us, register interest in a program, or use any related training and consultancy services.

Our website presents XTrainingAcademy services and enables you to contact us or register interest in programs. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the services is lawful where you access them and for complying with applicable local laws.

Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. The competent courts of Muscat have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or connected with these terms, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Before starting formal proceedings, the parties should attempt to resolve a dispute through good-faith discussions for at least 30 days.
